Every once in a while you see someone do something with AI.
Wait. It can do THAT?
That's the part I obsess over.
I'm Josh Witt, and I help entrepreneurs figure out what AI could actually be doing inside their businesses.
Not which platform is bestNot 100 prompts to copy & pasteNot more mediocre contentfasterYour business. Your brain. Your AI.
We'll use whichever platform you prefer, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or whatever comes next, and turn it from a chatbot you occasionally ask for help into something much more useful. Something that:
Understands your company
Knows your offers
Helps organize your ideas
Supports your creative work
Makes information easier to find
Helps you think through decisions
Speeds up repetitive work
And becomes increasingly useful, because we've intentionally taught it how you work.

The real gap
You don't have an AI problem. You have an AI organization problem.
Your conversations are scattered across dozens of untitled chats.
Your AI doesn't have the right context, so you re-explain your business every time.
You haven't taught it about your company, your clients or your voice.
Your best thinking is buried across voice notes, emails, documents and chats instead of becoming usable business intelligence.
You haven't built repeatable workflows, so every task starts from zero.
You're spending founder-level time on work AI could already be carrying with you.
This is for you if
"I know this thing can do 100x more than what I'm doing with it."
You already pay for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or all three
You ask it questions, write with it, brainstorm with it, and stop there
You upload a document now and then and wonder what else it could read
You'd rather get dramatically better at one tool than collect ten more
You want AI to understand your business, not just answer questions
Before and after
From chatbot to operating system.
Transactional use means asking for help one task at a time. Systemic use means your AI already knows the business and runs the work you repeat.

The method
The AI OS.
Not software. Your way of operating with AI, built in four layers on the platform you already use.
01
Context
Teach AI what it needs to know about your company, customers, offers, team, goals, voice, IP and preferences.
02
Organization
Set up projects, conversations, files, instructions and information so AI becomes easier to use, instead of another digital junk drawer.
03
Workflows
Build the repeatable things AI can carry: meetings, planning, research, sales, creative development, decisions, SOPs, team communication and content.
04
OptimizationThe Business Layer difference
Find the opportunities you wouldn't know to ask AI about in the first place. You can search "how to organize ChatGPT." You can't search "what am I not seeing inside my business?"
Layer 04, in practice
Wait. It can do that?
A few of the less obvious things your AI can do once it knows your business. These run in ChatGPT, Claude or Grok.
Here's a 12-minute voice memo from my walk. Turn it into a launch plan with dates.
Your best ideas show up away from the desk. Talk them out and get a plan back.
Read the last 30 sales conversations I lost. Find the three objections costing me the most money and show me where my sales process breaks down.
Revenue you're already losing, found in an afternoon.
Here's a transcript of me doing client onboarding. Write the SOP for my assistant.
Do the task once, out loud. Hand off a clean process.
Be my most skeptical ideal client. Pressure-test this new offer.
Hear the hard questions before a real prospect asks them.
Here's every offer I've sold for the last two years. Show me what's actually driving revenue, what I'm overcomplicating and where the easiest growth is.
Your own sales history, turned into a growth plan.
Turn this week's scattered notes into the team update.
Your team stays in the loop without you spending Friday afternoon writing it.
The business case
The point isn't to use AI more. It's to make your business easier to run.
Get hours back.
Stop rebuilding, searching, summarizing and repeating work AI can carry.
Make better decisions.
Think against your actual offers, numbers, customers, history and goals, not generic internet advice.
Turn your thinking into assets.
A voice memo becomes a plan. A meeting becomes an SOP. Sales calls become data. Ideas become executable work.
Remove yourself as the bottleneck.
Give your team clearer processes, information and decisions, without everything having to live in your head.
The goal isn't an impressive AI setup. The goal is a business that suddenly feels easier to operate.

The full "Wait, it can do that?" audit of your business
You leave withA company that runs differently with AI.
If you use ChatGPT, Claude or Grok to write, brainstorm, research and answer questions, you're already using AI. The question is whether you've actually built it around your business.
Does it know your offers? Your customers? Your voice? Your goals? Can it find information you forgot existed? Can it spot patterns across your sales calls? Can it turn the way you work into repeatable workflows?
If you're still regularly thinking, "I know this thing can do more than what I'm doing with it," you're exactly who this is for.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No.
This isn't a technical training, coding program or AI certification. We'll work inside the platform you already use, in your actual account, with your actual business.
You don't need to understand how AI works under the hood. You need to understand what's possible, and how to make it useful to you.
Why wouldn't I just ask AI how to set all of this up?
You can.
The problem is that you don't know what you don't know to ask.
AI can tell you how to organize a project or write better instructions. What it can't automatically do is walk into your business, understand how you work, notice where you're wasting time, identify information you're underusing and spot applications you didn't know were possible.
That's my role. You know your business. I know what's possible. Together, we build the bridge between the two.
Is this basically a bunch of better prompts?
No.
Prompts are a tiny part of this. We're building context, organization, workflows and optimization around your business, so AI becomes increasingly useful because it actually understands what it's working with.
The goal isn't to leave with 100 clever prompts. It's to leave with an AI that knows significantly more about how to help you.
Will you make me switch to ChatGPT?
Nope.
ChatGPT, Claude, Grok: whichever platform you already like.
Platforms will change. The skill we're building is bigger than the platform.
What kinds of things could AI actually help me with?
That's partly what we're going to discover.
Depending on your business, that might mean analyzing months of sales calls for patterns, turning voice notes into launch plans, creating SOPs from the way you naturally perform a task, pressure-testing new offers, comparing contracts, synthesizing research, organizing company information, preparing team updates or helping you make decisions against your actual business goals.
But the most valuable opportunities are often the ones you wouldn't think to ask about yet. That's why Optimization is part of my method.
Is this going to make my business sound like AI?
Quite the opposite.
Generic AI output usually happens because AI has generic context.
Part of the AI OS is teaching it your company, customers, offers, goals, voice, IP and preferences, so its output starts from your thinking instead of generic internet language.
The goal isn't for AI to replace your brain. It's to become dramatically more useful to it.
Are you going to build everything for me?
It depends on the level.
AI Power Hour is discovery: I identify the highest-leverage opportunities you're currently missing.
AI OS is collaborative implementation: you build the core system together.
AI Chief of Staff is the deepest level: I get inside the business for 30 days and look across sales, marketing, operations, team and creative work to identify and build opportunities across the company.
Which level should I choose?
Choose AI Power Hour if you're thinking: "Show me what I'm missing."
Choose AI OS if you're thinking: "I know I'm underusing this. Help me actually build the system."
Choose AI Chief of Staff if you're thinking: "Get inside my business and find every high-value place AI could make this company work better."
If you're unsure, tell me how you're currently using AI and I'll recommend the right place to start.
Will this save me time?
That's one of the goals, but not the only one.
The bigger opportunity is leverage. It's using information you already have more intelligently. Making better decisions with more context. Turning things you do repeatedly into workflows. Getting ideas out of your head and into usable plans. Giving your team clearer information without you rewriting it every time.
Saving an hour is useful. Changing the way you operate is much more valuable.
What happens after we're done? Am I dependent on you?
No, and that's important.
I'm not trying to become another piece of software you have to keep paying for. You're building your AI OS inside the platform you already use.
The context, organization, workflows and way of thinking about AI stay with you. And as the technology changes, you'll be much better equipped to recognize what to do with it.
What if AI changes again three months from now?
It will.
That's exactly why this isn't a course about where to click in one specific tool. Features will change. Platforms will change. New models will appear.
But knowing how to give AI context, organize information, build repeatable workflows and identify high-leverage applications is transferable.
The tool will change. Your fluency stays.
How do I know if this is worth $3,000 or $5,000 for my business?
Don't measure it by how many prompts or workflows you get. Look at where your time and attention currently go.
How often are you repeating yourself? Searching for information? Starting work from scratch? Turning meetings into next steps? Rewriting drafts? Organizing ideas? Preparing your team? Reviewing sales conversations? Researching decisions? Carrying information that only exists in your head?
Now multiply that across the next year.
The value isn't that AI can do a neat trick. It's that once the right parts of your business are built to work with AI, you get that leverage again and again.
What if I don't even know what I should be asking AI to do?
Perfect.
That's kind of the whole point. You don't need to arrive knowing what's possible.
That's my job.
The promise
You don't need another AI tool. You need to get dramatically better at using the one you already have.
Iknow what's possible.
Youknow your business.
Togetherwe build the bridge between the two.
Why me
I'm a systems thinker with a slightly unreasonable curiosity about what AI can do. I spend my time testing tools, workflows and unconventional applications so business owners don't have to. My strength isn't teaching software. It's looking at the way you work and spotting where AI can make it dramatically smarter, faster or easier.
I make AI dramatically better at your business.
